The case of faulty Nvidia graphics chipsets endlessly to poison the lives of the unfortunate owners of notebooks affected by the problem. Two years ago the problem of a manufacturing defect affecting a number of mobile GPU's manufacturer, such as the GeForce 8400M and 8600M has made its appearance. A few weeks ago, U.S.
buyers of a laptop equipped with a defective chip have finally been successful, NVIDIA have preferred an arrangement with them rather than engaging in a lengthy and costly trial necessarily. A list of Dell laptops, HP and Apple regarding the problem has been brought online, the complainant having one of the models in question may request a form via a free replacement of the chip in question, even the laptop for some HP models, or a reimbursement of repair costs they have already advanced.
The story could have stopped there if some consumers who requested replacement of their HP had not, according to some sources, was offered in exchange for their device a Compaq notebook, well below the requirements. Unlike a financial point of view between the model and replaced the new model notebook between EUR 100 and $ 1000: A hard pill to swallow for those who suffer for months with this problem.
