Intel cleaned up its processors

The spring should not point the tip of his nose for a few more weeks, but that has not stopped Intel from doing a little cleaning up its line of processors. The founder has announced the retirement of a number of models, including the Core 2 Duo E7400 and E8400 (box version), the Core 2 Duo E8500 and E8600 (versions "tray" and box) the i5-750 box version, the Pentium E6500 and E5400 (box), the Core 2 Quad Q9650, Q9550, Q9550, Q9505, Q9505, Q9500, Q8400, Q8400 and Q8300 version of "tray" and box or Itanium 9110N, 9120N, 9130M, 9140N, 9150N, 9140M and 9150M (version "tray").

Processors involved can be ordered until August 26, 2011, for deliveries can be scheduled until February 10, 2012 regarding options "tray". Itanium will have only a slight reprieve as shipments may be held until February 7, 2014.
