SuperTalent announces the launch of its new SSD called TeraDrivePT3 incorporates the SATA 3.0 interface and overcome the barrier of 500Mb / s in both reading and writing. The new SSD TeraDrivePT3 comes with the controller SandForce 2200, SATA 3.0 and flash technologies such ONFiTM. With all the new SSD SuperTalent has managed to reach and exceed the number of 500Mb / s in both reading and writing.
The new TRIM TeraDrivePT3 support the command and the type of flash memory used is the NAND MLC (multilevel cell).
