The imminent release of Mac OS X Lion is not a surprise in itself, the OS is still in its fourth beta version. But in recent days a number of sources is likely to give a precise launch date around mid-July. You should know that Apple has a habit of revealing important products shortly financial results.
But the second quarter results to be presented July 19. The output of Lion would have held before, but when exactly? Rumor vote for Thursday, July 14. Yes, but Apple likes to launch on Tuesday. July 12, then? Yes, 15 or so on Friday. Why not just 19 on Tuesday? Seriously, the launch of Lion should coincide with a refresh of the MacBook Air.
We are curious to see if Jonathan Ive teams have prepared an ultraportable as innovative as the brand new Sony Vaio Z.
