GScreen just introduced its SpaceBook 17, a laptop with two screens 17 inches. It comes in two versions. The model with 4 GB of DDR3 - 1333 MHz, comes with a dual core processor Intel Core i5-560m 2.66 GHz. The integrated 8 GB has a quad core i7-740QM at 1.73 GHz.
They are currently available in Canada and United States. The SpaceBook 17 is very special. It has a thickness of 4.7 cm and a weight of 4.5 kg reported. Curiously, we do not talk of independence. The computer includes a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 250M with 1 GB of memory, hard drive 500 GB 7200 rpm and a DVD burner.
It also uses a six-cell battery. The purpose of this type of configuration is not portable, however, enjoy autonomy record, but the system can move more easily compared to 15 SpaceBook that we presented in 2009, the price dropped slightly, and its weight, despite the increase in the diagonal of two screens.
It remains a model for a very small niche market.
