Samsung just announced the arrival on the market - without indicating a specific date or price - a memory card to 32GB microSDHC Class 10 certified. Based on MLC NAND flash memory engraved in 3-bit 2x nm and carrying a proprietary controller, the memory card displays according to the manufacturer rates in reading and writing respectively reaching 24 MB/s and 12 Mb/s.
Currently produced mass, the microSDHC card is expected soon to appear. Samsung finally working on a 64 GB version, which should come next year.
