The new MacBook Air will arrive in mid July 2011

According to the most knowledgeable, the long-awaited update of ultralight laptops from Apple, will arrive by the middle of this month of July, probably on the 14th. The new MacBook Air 2011 will be almost identical in design to those currently available except for the presence of a connection instead of Thunderbolt Mini DisplayPort.

The systems will be supplied already pre-installed with Lion and will be based on second-generation Intel Core 2.1GHz and 2.3GHz frequency with the 13-inch model and a new low-voltage CPU Core for i5 11-inch model. Superior performance is guaranteed for a greater allocation of memory and a RAM upgrade for what concerns storage.

As for the integrated graphics card Apple uses in Sandy Bridge that overall performance does not offer much different from those of the GeForce 320M available in current models. Cutting interest for the prices should start from $ 899 for the 11-inch model.
