OCZ announces new SSD devices SATA 3 Agility 3 and Solid 3

OCZ has unveiled its new product lines and SSD Solid 3 Agility 3, designed to satisfy the thirst for speed enthusiasts seeking the best performance for their systems. Using the latest technology, these new series provide about twice the performance of the previous generation, and offer better cost-performance than current market 6Gbps SATA SSD.

New Solid 3 Agility 3 and make it easier than ever to exploit the new SATA interface III. "New Solid 3 Agility 3 and have the latest processors SandForce SF-2200, leaders in the SSD market, which help to improve computing experience compared to traditional mechanical hard drives and using SATA II SSD.

The Agility 3 provide speeds up to 525 Mb / s read and 500MB / s write with up to 60,000 4K Random Write IOPS, while the series Solid 3, aimed at being more affordable, has a read speed of 500Mb/sy 450MB / s write, with 20,000 4KB random write IOPS. Available in capacities of 60, 120 and 240 Gb, TRIM are supported to optimize performance, and both lines have 3 year warranty.

Already available in stores at prices from 125 € recommended for versions of 60 Gb, 215 € for 120 GB version and 380 € to 240 GB versions
