The site XFastest published the first pictures of the motherboard M5A99X Ages: Asus platform for AMD socket AM3 + AMD 990X chipset, paired with SB950 southbridge, that supports the Bulldozer CPU architecture-based. The board is officially compatible with the technologies of multi-GPUs AMD (CrossFire) and nVidia (SLI)-a first for an AMD chipset - using the new section of Digi's power to 6 +2 phase VRM, integrates the function of saving EPU energy, overclocking TPU and adopt the UEFI based interface instead of the old BIOS.
On-board there are 4 slots for DDR3 memory, three PCIe 2.0 x16, SATA 6Gbps and USB 3.0 ports, HD 7.1 audio, Gigabit Ethernet controller and a number of headers for expansion. The debut of this solution is expected for the month of June, coinciding with the launch of the Bulldozer CPU.
