Asus already preparing a tablet Tegra 3

Asus prepare tablets quad core SoC integrating NVIDIA Tegra 3. One might think that an outflow of this platform for back on track. This was reported the DigiTimes site detailing the upcoming release tablets of the Taiwanese. As a reminder, Tegra 3 is known as Kal-El, the name cryptonien Clark Joseph Kent, after that NVIDIA has decided to give code names to his superhero SoC (see "Kal-El, the Tegra Quad core of NVIDIA ").

Kal-El is based on a quad core ARM Cortex A9 engraved at 40 nm. The Chameleon speaks of computing power than a Core 2 Duo T7200 (2 GHz, 4 MB L2, 667 MHz FSB, 65 nm). The first copies of tests Kal-El were delivered in February. It is very likely that Asus is currently using. NVIDIA should allow the marketing of the first system in August and it seems that the father of the Eee PC wants to be the first to sell.

A version of Kal-El smartphone is expected to arrive at Christmas.
