Wallaby Adobe Flash converts in HTML5

In the book, Adobe war to preserve the domination of its Flash technology, the publisher has just established a new double-edged sword. Wallaby is a converter that proposes to convert a Flash content HTML5. Ideal to convince programmers to continue to use only Flash. But also to bolster critics of Flash (Apple's head) in their opposition.

Wallaby is available for download on the Adobe Labs site. The software supports any FLA file and tries to create the equivalent using HTML5, JavaScript and style sheets. In the present state, however, many features of Flash can not be brought into HTML. Adobe also said to have noted differences in behavior between different browsers HTML5.

In other words, it is not yet a fully satisfactory solution. Nevertheless, its existence raises a question. On one side, with Wallaby, removes Adobe web developers a reason to learn programming with something other than Flash. On the other, Adobe provides a tool that could gradually make the entire Flash content available on incompatible devices, ie iPhone, iPod touch, Apple TV and other iPad.
