Actually, the game world had been promising from the "True Crime - Hong Kong." Activision dropped the crime saga and ticking off the ambitious project - the competition was too great in the open-world industry of "GTA", to the low chances of success. Square Enix, obviously sees this differently: The Japanese manufacturer has secured the rights to "True Crime - Hong Kong" and takes the game to back out of the woodwork.
The yakuza action, however, appears under a new title, as the brand name "True Crime" remains one of Activision. The new developers look for more potential than its predecessor, the studio and are enthusiastic by the Hong Kong adventure. For fuller details are not yet manifested Square Enix understandably - was originally planned for the Far East Action for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360
