The manufacturer Silicon Power has announced the launch of the V30, an SSD controller SandForce shipping and using a SATA 6 Gbps. In conventional 2.5-inch, this SSD displays according to the manufacturer speeds of around 550 MB / s sequential read and 500 MB / s sequential write. Available in capacities of 60 GB, 120 GB, 240 GB and 480 GB, the V30 supports the TRIM command.
This SSD is finally delivered with a 3.5-inch adapter to mount in any location without casing 2.5 inches. Regrettably, however, that Silicon Power has not yet given the price and availability date of the SSD.
