Thanks to "turbo boost" technology, the Intel CPU reaches required, a maximum clock speed of 2.9 gigahertz. The graphic layout is done by a "GeForce 540M GT" graphics chip from Nvidia's CUDA architecture: The design of the chip allows parallel and thus faster computation of information.

For a low battery consumption makes the Nvidia Optimus technology: As required by the system switches between the power-saving internal graphics and external graphics chip with the higher energy consumption. A highlight of the graphics configuration, the 3D support. Connected via HDMI cable to a 3D-capable flat-screen televisions, the Satellite notebooks serve as a listening station for three-dimensional content.

It is also possible, with the laptops 3D images from standard two-dimensional films to calculate. The display resolution is the same for both devices with 1366x768 (16:9). For speedy data transfer is in the Toshiba P-models to the current standard for 3.0-and USB. Further connections can be found with a wireless-n-module, three USB 2.0 ports and a multi-format card reader.

The Core i7 processor is one with eight gigabytes of DDR3 memory to the side, the graphics chip can access two gigabytes of memory.
