Since 20 April 2011 Sony's Playstation Network (PSN) is not available. Information about the failure of the company served only bit by bit: In the first of the 22nd April said the Japanese company from a dip into the system. The PSN is off accordingly for security reasons. A day later, Sony's communications manager Patrick Seybold that it is a time consuming process to make the secure online service.
