Android-based computer: Sony unveils Tablet PCs S1 and S2

The Sony S1 is a tablet computer with the operating system "Android 3.0" (honeycomb). It has a 9.4 inch touch screen and front and rear camera. As processor a "Tegra 2" from Nvidia is used. Thanks to the integrated infrared sensor, the S1 can also use as a remote control. Sony sees the emphasis in the use as an entertainment Tablet PC.

The well-stocked with Android 3.0 S2 has two, a 5.5-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1024x480 pixels. Again, this Tablet PC is equipped with a Tegra-2 processor, this is a digital camera. Thanks to split the S2, a technique appears on the bottom screen as a keyboard, as you see on the top display the text.
