Asus Company is pleased to announce that the prize has been galardonadacon "Efficience Excellence in Product Design" award from the Environmental Protection Agency United States. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recognized ASUS for energy optimization technology Super Hybrid Engine (SHE) and the development of a design technique that reduces the number of lamps in the manufacture of their laptops and monitors.
Today, 313 monitors and 62 laptops ASUS have received Energy Star qualification in the words of Elizabeth Craig, Director, Department of Atmospheric Programs of the EPA: Thanks to the creative efforts of partners like ASUS, consumers have at their disposal increasingly Energy Star products, which account for greater efficiency in energy use "George Lee, head of sales in the United States ASUS said to collect the prize: This recognition of the EPA is the reward of our efforts to minimize the footprint ASUS organic on the planet.
Green ASUS The concept is based on accountability in the design, sourcing, manufacturing and marketing. We intend to continue developing products and technologies with diminishing impact on the environment. ASUS has developed unique technologies dedicated to respect for the environment.
ASUS Super Hybrid Engine extends the autonomy of laptops and improves the performance of the motherboard by a special processor responsible for optimizing the energy consumption. ASUS has over ten years working to eliminate the use of harmful materials in their production processes and using recycled materials in packaging their products.
At the time of grant awards, EPA has said that particularly appreciates the efforts of ASUS to promote Energy Star certification both internally, as in the labeling of their products.
