Impossible to draw a portrait of the French user without a major survey. It is the purpose of the large national survey conducted by IPSOS on the Internet that Tom's Hardware is partnering again this year. As in previous years, this survey includes a long questionnaire that may discourage some. Fortunately it is possible to fill in several times.
