3D mode window on a notebook

The manufacturer Toshiba has unveiled a new notebook model, the Qosmio T851/D8CR. Based on Sandy Bridge platform, this notebook has a 15.6-inch LCD screen with LED backlight that can display full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Toshiba also indicates that the Qosmio T851/D8CR is capable of displaying 3D content at the same time as conventional 2D content (in a separate window, so), all without requiring dedicated glasses.

A chip integrated SpursEngine is responsible for its converting 2D content into 3D. An embedded processor i5-2410M, this notebook has 8 GB of RAM, 750 GB hard drive, a GeForce GT 540M and a Blu-ray (compatible BDXL). There are also Gigabit Ethernet controllers, WiFi 802.11n and Bluetooth 3.0, an audio Harman Kardon, a USB 3.0 port and HDMI output.

Comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, the Qosmio T851/D8CR should make its appearance in the month of July in Japan. Unfortunately the manufacturer has not yet indicated the price of this notebook.
