Nikon Coolpix AW100

Nikon AW100 is ideal for the German Summer 2011: Water-resistant and temperature resistant, offers 16-megapixel notches and special scene modes for low light conditions and underwater scenes. And the Nikkor lens with five-fold zoom and wide angle coverage makes thanks to the "Easy-view" feature also beautiful 360-degree images of fallen into the water barbecues: Swing Easy, the camera horizontally or vertically, the CMOS sensor captures in quick succession (maximum 9.5 frames per second) on a series of individual images, the AW100 automatically converts into one panoramic photo.

Taking photographs with gloves or an umbrella in his hand experience has shown that rather tricky - but here again, the AW100 a solution: The "Action Control" button allows camera settings with one hand through backward and forward swing to change the device. The camera is up to ten meters deep waterproof, drops from a height of five feet without damage and failure in service even in freezing temperatures (up to -10 degrees Celsius).

The GPS, electronic compass and built-in map of the world make child's play, provide guidance and facilitate the recording of your routes. The AW100 takes full HD (1080p) with stereo sound and transmits it via the HDMI-mini port on a flat-screen TV. The 7.5 inch large TFT screen has a resolution of approximately 460 000 pixels and has an anti-reflective coating.
