Sapphire has announced its new graphics card under the name TOXIC, is the HD6950 TOXIC Edition factory overclocked and has a very unique cooling system. The Sapphire HD6950 Toxic Edition with cooling system based on a vapor chamber, includes a fan to generate air inside and the back is perforated to enhance the output of hot air.
Their frequencies are in the 880MHz to 800MHz core versus the original 5.200Mhz to 2GB GDDR5 memory by 5.000Mhz reference model. Also features 1408 stream processors, a memory interface to 256 bits, CrossFireX support, dual BIOS built-in digital VRM, power supply system of 8 + 6 pin, and five video outputs Dual DVI, HDMI and two mini DisplayPorts.
Come in two versions, one next to the game with only Dirt3 and other graphics. As for the price is still unknown.
