The manufacturer Silicon Power has launched a new range of SSD called V20. At 2.5-inches, these SSDs use a controller SandForce SF-1xxx and boarded the MLC NAND flash memory. Equipped with a SATA 3 Gbps, these SSDs are available in capacities of 40 GB, 60 GB, 120 GB and 240 GB They support the TRIM control and are capable of reaching speeds of around 285 MB / s read and 275 MB / s write (probably less for models 40 and 60 GB).
