The thermal solutions specialist Gelid Solutions adds to its catalog of its product line the new silent sink height only 28mm Slim Silence i-Plus, compatible with Intel Socket 775/1155/1156. This little sink is capable of dissipating up to 82W of heat, with a compact design that fits perfectly into plates Mini-ITX, Micro ATX, ATX, HTPC Computer, Panel PC, Car PC, and even in just 1U servers.
The Slim Silence i-Plus is equipped with high performance heatpipes, copper base and a 75mm silent fan. Thanks to their small but efficient heatpies and pure copper base, the i-Plus Slim Silence ensures rapid and efficient heat dissipation from the processor to its aluminum fins. Whisper-quiet fan operates with a ball bearing and has PWM control, so that ensures a low noise level when the processor temperature is low, and speeds up when it rises.
