When printing documents, the PIXMA MX885 achieves a good speed ISO ESAT about 12.5 ipm in mono and 9.3 ipm in color, and can produce a 10x15cm borderless photo printing with quality photolab in about 20 seconds. The fast 2,400-dpi scanner acquisitions ensures crisp, high resolution, while Auto Scan Mode lets you create high-quality scans recognizing the correct format with just one click. The copy function provides good results through the use of technology Dual Colour Gamut Processing, and Text and Image Separation Technology provides accurate color reproduction in the photocopied documents or reprints of old photos, plus a superior readability of the text in the copies first and second generation.
