Galaxy and Zotac are not the only ones to offer overclocked GeForce GTX 550 Ti plant. Asus has indeed announced a similar model, the UL (Timati) ENGTX550 DC/DI/1GD5 Ti. The manufacturer goes further than its competitors because it pushes the GPU GTX 550 to 1015 MHz Ti, against "only" for the 1000 MHz maps of the Galaxy and Zotac.
Remember that the GPU clock reference designs is only 900 MHz. The 192 CUDA cores for their turn to 2030 MHz, while the GB of GDDR5 memory running at 1050 MHz on a 192-bit bus. This overclocked GeForce GTX 550 Ti also benefits from a cooling system DirectCU advertised as more effective than the reference.
Equipped with VGA, DVI and HDMI, UL Ti DC/DI/1GD5 ENGTX550 from Asus should be available next month at a tariff of 168 euros.
