Packard Bell enters the world of tablet with Liberty Tab

With an event held in a setting that could spring, Packard Bell has unveiled its first tablet, a solution-screen 10.1 "OS-based Google Android 3.0" Honeycomb "and NVIDIA Tegra platform 2. Tab Liberty stands for Cherry Red finishes (cherry red) and Pearl White (Pearl White) chassis in which the screen is placed in 16:10 format with multi-touch capacitive resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

The new tablet, Packard Bell supports multitasking and Flash content, provides access to thousands of downloadable app from the Android Market Place and can play thanks to dedicated sensors integrated. It has two camera, 2 megapixels to 5 for the front and rear, with battery life up to 10 hours, HDMI output to connect to a TV screen, Micro-SD card slot, 32GB, USB connectivity and guaranteed by Wi-Fi controller, Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G.


The environmental sensors automatically adjust the brightness to ensure optimal viewing while Dolby Mobile Integrated chipset provides a high quality stereo sound, also available via an output jack for headphones. Finally, the GPS, combined with Google Maps, means that there will never lose and that we can have traffic information in real time.

The new Packard Bell Liberty Tab will be available from June 2011 at a price yet to be defined.
