This screen is designed for airports and other uses atypical indeed working on 2048 lines, significantly more than the 30-inch displays that usually reach 1600 lines. And the icing on the cake, the horizontal resolution is correct, with 2048 lines.
Indeed, the screen is not in a conventional 4:3 or 5:3 or a widescreen as the 16:10 or 16:9, but 1:1 works well. The screen works therefore 2048 x 2048 and offers a DVI Dual Link. The maximum brightness is 300 cd / m² and contrast ratio of 1000:1 announced, what is realistic.
